Hi Ladies, I bought a couple of masala powders a while ago and transferred the contents to a bottle. Now, I forgot what that masala is.. can you please help in identifying the same? 1- looks like our idli podi and has a strong smell (I am thinking this should be channa masala) 2- It looks greenish like coriander powder, smells a bit like shikakai (i know!!) and tastes tangy. Do you guys have any idea what it could be?? Please help me out..else I got to throw it out! Please let me know if you need me to post pics of those too! Thanks in advance!!
2. could be amchur powder 1. garam masala??/Pav bhaji masala--this looks more like our idli podi color.. atleast what i have see of mdh/everest. brands

by the way i faced a similar situation as well.. not able to identify which powder it was, and finally I found out that it was coriander powder itself. I was confused by it's color. My first instinct was to post in IL
