best places to see in ponicherry are paradise beach , its awesome , has white sand , then there is a small museum , then there is auroville best thing wud be to stay near french colony and hire bike/scooty and explore the city.we did that
In pondicherry there are many sites for visit here are locations Arulmigu Manakula Vinayagar Temple Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple Paradise Beach Seaside Promenade Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Without Aurobindo Ashram, Pondy trip is not considered as worth. You will feel your in heaven. Stay near French colony , which is near to famous beach and will enjoy the trip. You get Authentic french food near the beaches.
There are plenty of attractions for tourists. I would like to suggest you here some name of places which are most famous there to see in Pondicherry. Arikamedu, Jawahar Toy Museum, French War Memorial, The Statue of Dupleix, Pondicherry Beach, Aurobindo Ashram, Botanical Garden and Aquarium, These all are marvelous tourism destinations to visit in Pondicherry.
