Iam in Burdubai.I Have my AC which is on the balcony side .. Daily pigeons sits on that and dirtying the balcony. We have done so many things to cover the ac still it comes to the balcony and sits on the parapet wall. Can anyone of u tell me on how to get rid of pigeons...

Re: Pigeons Yes, isn't it amazing? Pigeons and other birds in a desert! Many fly by or sit on my window sills and it is kind of nice to have them around (but of course they can be a nuisance). I used to feed them earlier but since Gulf News warned about not feeding the birds ( re:bird flu) I have refrained.

I have heard to apply WD-40 in the balcony. Piegons do not like the smell and they will not stay there any more. Not from personal experiance, but other sources... Try and if it is effective, pass to everybody...
Hi putshy what is WD-40 & where we can get it?by the way pigeons doesn't come in our balcony to sit, we are staying on top floor so they come to sit on terrace but leave their leftover in our balcony..Drowning
Hi all, what is this WD -40. I'm also having bird problem. They also have a nest in out bathroom window and can see everything what is happening in the nest. After we shifted last year atleast 10 times they've hatched eggs and seen the small bird's development. bonk
Dear freinds Be-ware of pigeons on the balcony, specially if you have a window AC. They usually carry some kind of tiny worms in their feathers, which can bite and result into the entire the household being infected.... take care specially if you have kids, sorry i have no solution to the problem....
