Anyone here like Piano symphonies? Classics like Nocturne by Chopin and Liebestraum by Lizst are my favorites among others. Immensely relaxing to listen to during the day. Any other recommendations?
Chopin Polonaise (Heroic).. Chopin Waltz No. 1...Soo fiesty, always liked it in tom and jerry too Beethoven symphony 3..Eroica..its myraid shades are beautiful
And Mozart Symphony No. 25 too..could listen to it everyday.. I find Liebestraum by Liszt quite soothing..
Have all of those and Eroica is awesome. And I feel like confessing, I used to pronounce it bEEthoven instead of bAIThoven till my wife corrected me yesterday! Good to see someone else sharing similar taste of music!
Haha..im sure Baithoven won't mind as long as u love his music Btw Chopin's Revolutionery Etude..kind of unsettles me..its so complex but too heavy...have u listened to it..
I like the Etude but it's not a favorite. I listen to symphonies to relax so I stick to Nocturne. Gets me through the day.
Will definitely watch the movie, I watch them a lot, will probably have to start a new thread for that! SOme tunes by Joe Hisaishi aare also good, check them out, amazing composer.
TheSahil..i checked out 'One Summer's Day" (felt kind of sad-happy) and 'The Path of Wind' (beautiful..loved it) by Joe Hisaishi..any specific recommendations, like his music.. Ok, this is a waltz, like it when i'm in the dancing mood....this one is lovely Dmitri Shostakovich - Waltz No. 2 - YouTube
Wow! loving this waltz tune! I love 'Summer' by Joe Hisaishi, it's a movie soundtrack (Kikujiro). And kindly accept my friend request here. Cheers!
