    u can edit ur photos effectively in picasa 3 .or u can try in microsoftpicture manager.but best to go to picasa 3

    what is ur need,can u pls specify.when u can't fullfill ur needs in picasa,i don't think it is possible in microsoft.i use micro soft only for compressing the size of pics.the other better option is adobe photoshop.this is the bestone compare to other stuffs

    I know one free tool which has almost all the functionalities of the PhotoShop. I downloaded it but didnt find time to use it. You please try and let me know how it works.:)

    Dear you need to download the software from adobe. It is the only one s/w i know for photoshop. You can download the trial version tat is for 30 days and later you can buy.
