PEPPER DUCK Ingredients: Duck – 1 kg Freshly crushed pepper powder – 7 –8 tsp Haldi – 2 tsp Vinegar – 2 tsp Curry leaves – 2 sprigs Salt as required Potato cubed – optional Oil – ½ cup Method : Heat a pressure cooker and add oil, haldi, pepper powder, salt. Mix well. Now add the duck pieces, vinegar, curry leaves. Mix well so that the pieces are coated with the pepper and salt. Lastly add cubed potatoes – ¼ kg and a cup of water. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
