    Hi Oleenam,
You do not have to spend so much for opks, the dollar store opk kits work fine and all you need is a line darker than the control line. Most dollar stores carry the $1 opk kits and they work really good. There are also much cheaper kits if you order online - amazon, early-pregnancy-tests site, especially when you order in bulk.
These tests are more accurate when a person does not urinate for atleast 4 hours and has not consumed much water/juices/any form of liquids in that 4 hour span.

    HI Induslady17,
Hope by now you have gone through the Ultrasound. If not, here are some pointers for you.
Your past report doesn't talk about PCOS in the ovaries... May be its not existent by that time... Have you increased in your weight after the scan is done? If so, thats the culprit to your PCOS & hormone imbalance. With PCOS our first aim is to maintain the perfect weight, that will take care of the rest. So, work towards achieving the best!
The technician who is performing the ultrasound won't be answering you clearly; you should ask your doubts to your doc. I hope the pelvic ultra sound should cover all items from uterus till bladder! Know if there are any big cysts, know them the required medication to control PCOS & thyroid. These will do the rest!

Take care. Baby dust to you.

    Hi Induslady17,
I have experienced these pains and they suspected kidney stone. But, after doing ultrasound, ct scan and even mri scan nothing was identified and the doctor suggested to drink more water and that really helped. Once I increased my water consumption, the pain went off by itself. Might have been a coincidence, but I did not do anything different(no medicines) and consuming water properly was the only change that I did.

Work harder! Cut down carbohydrate. Be regular with exercises. Slowly things will come under your control.
Check out weight loss sub forum as well!
    All the best!
