    I am new IL ite. I was only a regular visitor to your threads. Now i have become a member i hope we will have more interactions .I love your tanjore paintings and the way you explained the procedures.And also thanks for the kantha work instructions.My son got married recently and my DIL also from Singapore and they are settled in U.S.Now i am with them. will get back to India in sep.Keep up the good work.

    thanks a bunch! was actually breaking my head as to come up with something in tanjore that i could give my non-hindu friends since the topic of tanjores is hindu gods it gets a little touchy if we expect them to display it in their home!!!:bonk so i thought why not try out the annapakshi!
    hey thanks about your vote of confidence about the durga and radha - i tried the radha on a whim v long back am yet to do her krishna and complete the set! am too lazy - actually i have atleast 5-6 projects going on at a time and that delays everything!!!

    Having several projects together is a sign of creativity, it probably happens when you get several good ideas at a time- me thinks:) As long as you finish what you have started, a little delay shouldn't matter much.:)

    Just now going thru your album and should say the lastest additions are pretty impressive. I love the annam, yasoda krishna , bharatnatyam dancer and baby ganesa (especially the kolam, which I find to be an innovative idea in decorating Tanjore paintings).

    Look forward to seeing more such wonderful creations from you.

    as for finishing what i have started, i have finished quite a few pending stuff but there are atleast 15 projects pending as of today!!!:bonk
