    simple & elegant

    Dear Ambika,

    Another beautiful poem from you.
Its a simple poem written for simple people like us but when we read it again and again then the words just flow so deep.

    Love & regards,

Your poem was the first thing I read in IL!

    Dear Ambika Madam,

Happy new year. I am the newest member of this site. I came to know about it through sify.com. The Tamil write-up on the site was simply tremendous.

And I came into this site with great expectations. The very first post I saw was your poem on new year. And now I am sure that whatever that was written in the Sify site is true.

I am a housewife in Tirunelveli and I love reading English and Tamil. You have the knack of saying something very profound using very simple words.

I think both Purnima's words and Varalotti's words are true.
Your poem is fantastically simple and also simply fantastic.

Wish you once again a very happy new year, Madam.
    regards,
    Sriranjani

    sincere thanks

    Dear Meena

My sincere 'Thanks' come your way though belated. The thing is my system developed a technical glitch and I had problem accessing many sites, particualry I missed our favourite hang out - indusladies.com

Anyways, its always better late than never...so thanks again for your kind words of appreciation.

    Hearty Welcome

    Dear Sriranjini

First and foremost a warm welcome to you ..may you enjoy this wonderful site and turn into its ardent fan and a contented member.
I am truly happy that my poem had the privilege of being viewed first and appreciated by you.
I am sure you will get hooked on to all the great forums in the site
And PLEASE don't address me as 'Madam'- I feel embarassed. Infact our site's senior and most respected member Mrs.Chitra Viswanathan never approved when I addressed her as 'madam'...and I realized that 'friendship is the best relationship' and communaction becomes easy and rapport strikes better if 'madam' and 'sir' are done away with...
    warm wishes
    ambika
