    The deal i got is for Round trpi - Newark - Bangalore for Apr1 - May 20 for $971. This is Jet airways.

    But i need to book the ticket for "Chennai-Pittsburgh-Chennai"....People say its better to book the tickets from US.....any thoughts ?

    Do you know any Travel agent in Bangalore ? Actually my MIL is in Bangalore only...Initially we thought of departing from chennai....Now think its better to start from Bangalore....Do you know how to block the ticket for the round trip - Banagalore-pittsburgh-Banagalore. ? Am unable to do that.

    Sorry to bother you in this regard....

    I enquired indiatimes reg my MIL's ticket....from Bangalore-Newyork....but they are saing something around 1300-1400$ - roundtrip in emirates, jet airways....y this much difference ? did u book the tickets in any offer ?

    BTW, if you find a good deal, then which is advisory, whether to book the ticket or to jus block the tickets ?
