oats for lactation

hi all,
1. can i have quakers oats for improving breastmilk?
2. can i mix formula with breastmilk?
3. my baby has weight gain issues.doctors hav told i have low milk supply. can u all tell me any ideas. I give kanji (manna health mix)or ghee dosai for morning, milk in between , curd rice or daal rice in the afternoon , frmula or breastmilk, one boiled egg in the evening, ghee rice or carrot rice in the night.
can any one add ideas to this schedule.( she breast feeds twice during night)

Is the LO slightly underweight or really need to put on weight. Pls give more details to your query.
