Sometimes we dont understand God's ways and His plans. He takes away young people and some old people are still there . If they are hale and hearty it is ok but when they have health problems it is difficult for them to live and they feel they are also suffering and making others also suffer.
In my dh's family many have died at the age of 50 and above. On 26th July 2005 my brother in law's wife expired. His daughter has given a nice tribute to her mother in her poem which I wanted to share here

If tears could build a stairway,
    and memories were a lane,
I would walk right up to heaven
    ...
    to bring you home again.
    No farewell words were spoken
    no time to say goodbye
you were gone before I knew it,
    and only God knows why.
My heart still aches in sadness
    and secret tears still flow,
what it meant to lose you,
    no one will ever know."
I know noone can take a mother's place .A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take."

    Hi Mam,
Sorry for loss of member in family. As you said no One can replace mother's position at any chance. And I will also say that for becoming a mother and bringing up a child the woman whoever may be should be blessed since i missed my daughter the very next day when she born.

Who knows that better than I, Vijima. The strange predicament of having one but not having her and seeing her suffer ..... both of us are paying off some bad karmas of the past is all I can say.

    Dear Viji,
We say God's ways are strange and unknown. But in reality as Satchi has said our karma only is responsible for our sufferings and happiness.
Your B-I-L's daughters homage to her mother is very touching.
