yes, these days it is bit difficult to get houses in mannheim city.previously the situation is not like this.

I dont know the downtown area of Ludwigshafen too well, but in Mannheim if you go to Marktplatz, behind the market square is a maze of Turkish shops. There any salesperson may be able to guide you to a Turkish, Moroccan beauty parlour.
you can look for the Turkish area in Ludwigshafen also.
