    I wanted to know if we can add Eno fruit salt in place of soda in eggless cake recipes like Banana Walnut,Date-Apple cake etc..

    Hi mam,

    Just read your recipe for "green mango avial"..Watz that red keerai ?!??!? Never heard about it...Is it by any chance that red colored kongura(pulicha keerai) variety??

    Dear Cindhuja,
    Regular "mulaikeerai" is available in red variety. It is generally available in Surya & mainly with exclusive Keerai vendors. It is not pulicha keerai.

    dear aunty
    yesterday made veg fried rice and sweet and sour paneer.it came out very tasty.today will try nutty banana muffins as i brought muffins tins.aunty that small paper cups for muffins are they really necessary no probs while baking is it ? do clarify.

    Thanks, Priya, for trying out the less tried recipe - Sweet & sour paneer!!
    The 'paper cups' is not a must, but convenient to lift out & serve. Otherwise grease the muffin cups very well to prevent sticking.

    I checked ur MW receipes index but dint got the receipes for Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Aloo.I badly need this receipes.....pls help me out...:drowning
