hi frnds... i want suggestion plzzz i am planning to open a new store ... but being a housewife.. i can only be at the store for a limited time.....like 8am or 9am to 6pm or 7pm but a store doesnt run like that it has to be put up full time... i can employ people/workers.... but wat about the cash counter.... can i trust someone there... wat else can i do... pl advice
Hi @susree Best wishes for your new store opening. I suggest you to keep in charge any of your family member at the cash counter. Else employ one nearby in your area so that you can visit their house and keep in touch with their family members. In this way you can build up a relation and check the matters timely.
