Hi All, I would like to run a ladies PG in chennai by taking a rented house/flat. I don't have any idea like how much will get profit,where to start in chennai,how much need to start a ladies PG,etc..could u pls share ur Ideas and experience in this business..:bonk
reena hope you have got some ideas. you need a good spacious place which is also secure. hygenic and reasonable. people do not mind paying if they get what they require.
Hi Reena, I second with shanvy,the place need to be very secure, Secondly,it should be very clean and hygienic,People don't mind paying more but if you provide security,cleanliness and good food then you will be in the top list of choices. These days there is an inevitable need for paying guest accommodation with the increasing in trend of IT jobs..Girls flew from different parts of the country so you need to be very friendly with them to grab their attention.Also it has become a practice to run hostels without providing any security.but it is always essential to concentrate on that issue.
