Need Suggestions For Good Area To Buy House

    Hi,
    We are planning to buy a house in dallas next year. Please suggest suitable area to start looking as per my below requirements.
    1) I prefer lively area where all facilities are easily accessible like groceries, restuarants, stores, etc.
    2) School district should be good
    3) Area should be safe
    4) Commute should be easy (nearby dart stations)
    5) Budget around $300K
    Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    I am also need some advice. I am not sure is this a place to post my request. I am looking house in kellar, tx. Currently I am living in Pittsburgh. I am having two kids. one going to Middle school and one going to High school.
    My priority is good school and indian community. Please let me know if you have any suggestion.
