Need suggestion for products for pimple n its marks

Hi ILs,

I recently delivered a baby boy. During my pregnancy, my skin was glowing and felt very good. These days, I am finding pimples and pimple marks (Not so big but small ones) which are red in color. They dont seem like pimples or pimple marks completely but kind of a rash. Parts of my face turned red in color.
Can anyone suggest a good cream. I am using a night cream and a day time moisturizer (with SPF 6).
There are so many products in the market. Kaya, Shehnaz Hussain, Biotique, etc.

I never used Kaya or Shehnaz (heard that they work well).googlesmiley
I used Biotique but it made my skin oily. doh1

Can anyone suggest good product available in the Indian market.
A Big NO NO for cosmetologist or Kaya Skin Clinic Plssssssss.......

Hi Vani,

My skin is also pimple prone skin and combination skin.
I used so many creams but of no use.
i tried the following one which gave me very nice result.It is an ayurvedic recipe which is said by elchuri.If u r from AP u may knew him.
remedy:

Yastimadhu powder:100 gms
Lodhra powder :100gms
WHite mustard powder :100gms(fry them in sim flame by putting little ghee )
Barley powder:100gms.

mix all these powders .take required amnt of powder ,little milk,rose water make fine paste.wash ur face with warm water apply this paste.wash it off after it dries.

u will see result from 3rd day onwards that pimples are reducing.. and glow on ur face.

dont forget to fry white mustard seeds.

barley and white mustard u can get in provisional stores.
prepare it soon and use.

as far as i know this is the best with no side effects and gives immediate results
