Need information about ayurvedic and aroma products for skin whiteneing and acne

Hello guys

I am from hyderabad and got this tan issue and also acne,i recently met a girl who have done ayurvedic course from chennai and she suggested me few products which according to her are made of pure aroma oils and mulika's and natural ayurvedic stuff ,and she herself has done this course and sold me skin whiteneing products worth 17000 ...is these products this costly and useful??? i bought oils ,shampoo,henna powder ,shampoo made of beer and hair food .Please suggest me and also share your views if anybody have ever used these products
