    I am subha from chennai. now we are in germany. i am new to this site.
    i have serve cold for 1 month i think its like sinus. pls tell any home remedy for this

    try taking steam bath.it loosens the mucus which you can cough it out.

    Also boil dry ginger in hot water and drink the water.you can add little milk if you like..you can also mix honey with ginger juice and take it.

    boil milk and add turmeric and take it in the night.

    while going out make sure your neck and ears are covered.
