    Hi Everyone,
    I really appreciate some advice regarding some good apartments that are in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara Area. I have shortlisted some apartments. Please share your opinions on these. I am specifically looking for lots of indian community and safety for the kids as well as Washer & Dryer in the apartment. Following is the list:

    Sunnyvale Apartments:
    Willowbend Apartments & Townhomes
    Legacy Mission Pointe
    Parkside Apartments

    Santa Clara Apartments:
    Villa Granada
    Archstone Santa Clara
    Nantucket
    Mansion Grove

    you can also take look at WILLOW LAKE APARTMENTS
    Its also Prometheus real estate where MANSION GROVE comes under it.
    I have stayed in Mansion grove too (1BD APT)
    now in Willow Lake Apartments (2BD).
    Mansion grove is a bit expensive when compared to WL.
    If you are interested,I can even refer you.

    we have stayed in santa clara 550 moreland apartment its bit expensive but its worth, safest appartment near by shopping centre and washer & dryer in unit, gated community.

    Hi Priya,

    I am staying in Alderwood apt, Santa clara which is Prometheus property. This has W/D in the unit. Recently i searched many apts for W/D in unit. But 98% are not having this facility. But all Prometheus property(Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc.) has W/D.

    check out elan village apts too ... w/d, newly renovated and has a lift too. large indian community and lots of amenities. we enjoyed our stay there.

    Yeah,
    elan apartments at river oaks are good. Also, there are a lot of condos and townhomes in this area available at very good prices for rent and has all the befits of apaprtments.

    I currently live in Archstone Santa Clara Apartment. Its a good apartment with gated community, washer/dryer, parking lot etc...If you plan to decide on this one let me know so that i can give you tips on choosing a good unit.
