    Hi

    Iam also searching for sewing machine, so i checked in Abu Dhabi Coop and EGM. Also in mina centre and Carrefour..........

    Finally i decided to buy Singer, but models are more ..
    SO confused which one to buy......
    But one person in AD Coop said that think about your necessity and decide the model. I want to do emb + blouse stitching + small small things ...

    So Iam Thinking.............

    Did you select your machine??
    I also want to do emb & other stitching ( i mean blouses ,churidar etc).So if you know the price ranges plz let me know ...
    And also i want to know that from where i can get them at low prices ...bcoz here in AD it is available in diff prices ....i think ...............

    Dear All,

    I plan to buy a sewing machine for personal use ....mainly for mending and household work.... i had a demo of singer fashion maker 8280...but want to know if anyone hs used this machine??? what r the pro n cons??? can anyone suggest about usha machines??? singer 8280 was little more than 7000/- can i get a motorized machine around 4-5. pls reply if u hv n experience of any of these machines.....

    Hi I am new to IL so I saw your query only now. Lulu supermarket has brother basic sewing machine which I think is good enough for our basic mending and stitching needs- around 400 dhms. Singer (didn't see the model number) is around 420 dhms.
