Do they have required docs and approvals? I came to know that V and VIphases dont have HMDA approvals. Is it OK to buy then are they going to getapprovals for sure? Thanks, Kanu
You might get more responses in Hyd section. This does not even come under Gachibowli, not sure why they named it like that. Is this near the Shankarpalli Rd behind Sark Villas. West of ORR, this is rapidly developing area but I do not know how the access to ORR will be. Can you share the rate per yrd quoted to you. I am trying to see what the difference is between this and Tellapur. Are you taking loan to buy here. If you are then, HMDA approval might be needed check with your bank.
