    Hi,

    My husband bought natural yogurt by mistake. IS it like a butter? Can I use this for making some snacks?

    I do not know how to consumethis. Can you please tell me some receipe for this.

    Hi Redapple,

    If I am not mistaken it is Curd.

    What brand is it? Is it plain natural yogurt?? or does it say any fruit flavor. If it is fruit flavor it is curd mixed with fruit which you can just eat it like a dessert or something.

    It does not contain fruit flavour but still it is not like curd also.

    It looks like liquid butter but more yellow in color.

    Is the yellow part just on top? It might be the sour cream portion floating on top of the curd...you can take it off for use as sour cream or stir it into the curd for richer curd if that is what it is. I buy Stoneyfield Organic Plain Yogurt and it is this way.

    Hmm..yellow color...my guess would be that it is a vanilla yogurt probably. What brand is it? Does it say anything besides Natural Yogurt?
