Ingredients: 1 cup besan 1.5 cups sugar 1 cup ghee 2 tbsps of milk Grind the sugar finely in a mixer. Mix it with the besan in a microwaveable container. Then heat the contents in the microwave for 3 mins. Take it out and mix it once again. If there are small lumps, blend the mix in a mixer again. Heat 1 cup of ghee and mix it with the sugar-besan mix. Heat for 3-5 mins. Add the 2 tbsps of milk, stir well and put in the microwave till the mixture bubbles well. Remove it from the microwave and pour it into a greased mould (or plate) and allow to set. These mysore paks turn out to be crisp and require much less ghee than required when done the traditional way.
