Thank you DeepaThe first dress is done by shirring method using elastic bobbin thread.And in the last one the bottom material came as such.I just added the embellishments.

 

Thank you Kajola The upper part of the brown dress was done by shirring method and the lower part of the red dress came as such.But if you want to do it you can by marking dots at spaced intervals and using elastic bobbin threads stitch small circles around the dots.

Thank you krk.I used white satin as the bottom skirt part.Then used the thin tulle,folded it into half,put silk flower petals inside and attached it to the bottom skirt before attaching it to the top.That way the petals move freely inside with movement.
