I love the book - Jonathan Livingston Seagull. I had read the book borrowed from the public library after we have landed in US. Whenever I see a seagull, I used to ask - Are you Jonathan?
If I recollect correctly, that happened 2 or 3 times.

Just this morning, having completed one amazing book, I felt an intense urge to read Bach again and that made me think of IL - so I logged in and look you were thinking of me looks like! Hope you are well and keeping busy sir. I am ready for my summer break and I need it It is strange how I feel the urge to connect with Bach when I read a good (philosophical/spiritual) book. I want to meet him but not happening

One of my favorite lines from Jonathan Livingston Seagull are " there is a reason for life! We can lift ourselves from ignorance, we can find ourselves as creature of excellence and intelligence and skill. We can be free and we can learn to fly!

A post with an epilogue is tad thought -provoking. Does Hanuman flew up like a rocket to grab the Sun which seemed like a ripe orange fruit at noon in a clear sky.
The image of blob you captured when it looked ochre & large close to horizon and seen through longer length of as atmosphere.
Through the dark leaves a shining ochre sun in full round is awesome soft .
A good thought to have captured it through the branches of a tree with rich leaves.
