    Its not necessary to use a big aari frame for stiching a saree but there are some basci advantages we get using it over a normal round frame.....
    the aari frame is actually based on d concept of "khatiya".....n d fabric is streched n srtiched on to the wooden frame using thick cotton thread. by maintaining equal tension of the thread we get a big area to work upon n also uniformity of tension.....
