    Hi,

North Sydney is a very nice place just a bit expensive..but if you can afford it's nice and convenient..I travel to NS from parramatta..one of the main reasons we chose Parramatta is we would like to bring our parents here so we felt living around Indians will make our parents feels a bit like home...but if it's only you and your partner then it should be good..I am not sure if there are a lot of Indians there as one of my colleagues moved from St Leonard's to Parramatta saying that there aren't many Indians..but again living In city has its own perks :)

Heyyy so you are coming to the land of kangaroos, beers and barbecues !!
    Hearty Welcome !!

North Sydney is a beautiful place but that beauty comes with expense.
Closer to work/harbor bridge/Opera house and a lot of city living perks.
Beautiful city views depending on how/where the apartment is located.
Indian are relatively much less when compared to Parramatta/westmead/harris park etc - these suburbs are so much like India and less Australia.
Once you start living here, you will know more about the suburbs and if you think you need to shift nothing would stop you from shifting.
You must start somewhere and North Sydney is where you are starting ! good to go!

    Hello Ladies
My hubby's company is asking us to move to Sydney in March'17. He will be working in Sydney CBD. I have an 8 year old son. We have lived in the US and UK for 5 years in each country. Now its a new geo. I was wondering how the schools and suburbs are ??? Any help will be appreciated.
How does the school system work there?
What are the places where Indians live?

    Hi Sandy.

I don't hav a practical experience on schools.but heard from frnds that schooling depends on which suburb u r in and the local school, there are many selective public schools where education is good and I said bfr it depends in suburb u r in.

In general life in Sydney is very expensive,if u can handle the expenses its an excellent place t live
