mouth ulcer

Hi Huma,
Even i had the same issue till last year.Last year before my wedding it was worse.I got one in lower part of my tongue and it spread to the entire toungue. The pain was unbearable :icon_frown: .So i went to the doctor and he prescribed medicines for a week. He gave me an gel(Hexigel) to apply which should not be swallowed. Keep spitting the Saliva.

Also take b complex tablets for 3 days, you will get permanent releif.Please take tender coconut also.
