I can understand you dear.I would say, Walk whenever you can. Take steps. I do walk whenever I can, to bus station, to train station. You can take kid to the park and get fresh air. One thing I do, I do bending and stretching while watching TV. It does not sound sane! But I do not have time
My Busy schedule goes like this... Wake up 5.15 am Prepare tea and prepare breakfast for my daughter for school. Put all our tiffin boxes for lunch (Mine, Husband, daughter - babysitting) in our bags. Take bath and eat breakfast with hubby (usually tea and bread). Wake up daughter. Brush her teeth, give her a bath. I will give her uniform to my hubby to Iron/Press, tell him to put water in waterbottle for school and also check the school timetable. I will make her ready... make her wear uniform. I will get ready for office. Me and my daughter leave home by 6.40. Her school bus timing is from 6.45am to 7.00am. My office bus timing is from 7.05am I will leave her in school bus 6.45am. Will go to my bus stop. Watch some music, movie or programmes in mobile on the way in bus Reach office by 8am Office hours from 8am to 6pm including 1 hour lunch break (12.30pm - 1.30pm) Evening from Office 6pm - reaches my place like 7 pm or 7.30pm (Takes 1 hour or 1.30hr depends on traffic). While traveling watch some programmes. My hubby reaches home and pick my daughter from babysitting before I reach home. Reach home, eat light snacks. Keep rice in cooker, meanwhile do my exercise for 20 - 25 mins. Also tell my husband to check the homework and studies of my daughter. Take bath and heat curries that is already prepared by me during weekends. Have dinner with my hubby and daughter. After that wash plates, utensils, tiffin boxes. Pack tiffin boxes for me, hubby, daughter and keep it in fridge. Pack evening snacks, daughter dress for the next day for babysitting. Sometimes I set question paper / Revision work for the next day so that she will study in babysitting - 10-15pm to 10.30pm 10.30 Go to bed ------------------------------------------------------ During weekends (2 days) prepare more 4-5 curries and keep. If curry finishes during working days, will manage to prepare some quick curries or order from restaurant. -------------------------------------------------------
