    Witch hazel is also very good for scalp and would well for all problems mentioned.

    Here in USA you can buy it in a bottle from any drugstore/chemist and many grocery and department stores. You can sprinkle it on the scalp and rub it in. It is good also as hairset liquid. Other uses: muscle ache relieving massage, facial toner, aftershave, sunburn relief. It has a very nice smell.
