Hi YenetiShashi, I am sorry but you will not be able to preserve and keep this dish for more than one day. This is because of the use of coconut. As you know when we use coconut is cokking a dish it does not stay good for long. In my home, when me and my brother refused to eat bread, my mom used to make this so that we ate the bread and it was not wasted. My mom never had to even think of how to keep it for the next day because the moment she kept the plate before us, it would all be finished soon. Love, AmritaPoorni

Hi Namita, Thanks for giving your views. I am happy that your family enjoyed Bread Ladoo. I have also tried only on maida bread. I do not think there will be any noticeable change in taste if you use wheat bread. There might be a change in colour. You can try it out and let me know. I will also try it when I get time.
