Aam Ka Panna ( Raw Mango Panna Drink) Aam Ka Panna is a summer drink, and is known for the cooling effects it has on the body. It is my Favorite summer drink. My mom used to make it in Summers. Ingredients: 2 raw mangoes ½ cup sugar(chenni) Salt a pinch A pinch of black salt(kala namak) 1/3 tsp roasted cumin (jeera) powder Method: Wash the mangoes and poke them with a fork or a toothpick Pressure-cook raw mangoes for about 8-10 min Cool the mangoes, remove their skin and chop the flesh. Powder the sugar in mixer, add the mango pulp and blend. This can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To prepare one glass of panna, mix 2 tsp of the mango pulp, one glass of cold water, the spices and blend well. Taste it and add more water, sugar, salt ,black salt as desired to adjust the taste. Serve chilled with crushed ice.

Re: kheer carrot kheer carrot 1 milk 1 - 1 1/2 cup sugar desired level cardamom powder - little Method: cut the carrot & cook that very softly. if u want u can pressure cook also. but no need to pressure cook. nicely paste the cooked carrot with sugar in a mixie. if u want add water while make a paste. now add milk, cardamom powder, water & carrot paste together & refrigerate. now ur delicious carrot kheer is ready to serve. if u r adding whole milk add more water & for 2% milk add less water & for non fat milk add even less water.
Re: kheer cabbage kheer beet root kheer for these also follow the same receipe like carrot. for cabbage kheer use cabbage instead of carrot. for beet root kheer use beet root instead of carrot. in this type kheer u wont get yucky vegi smell at all even with cabbage. u can give it to the kids also. they'll love it. if u give carrot kheer to any one no one can guess that it is a carrot kheet. every one will say that it is a badham (almond) kheer. try them.:thumbsup
