Hi ladies, Its my daughter's 1st birthday on feb 7th. Can anyone one suggest inexpensive A/C party halls that would ALLOW outside caterers( preferred location - in and around gopalapuram such as alwarpet, royapetta, mylapore, nungambakkam etc..) 5000 to 7000 is my budget. Should accommodate 50 to maximum of 70 members.
