Thanks for serving appam with milk. Nice display in immaculate white plate. Golden brim of Appam adds to aesthetics. Milk in container covered with transparent lid is very thoughtful capture.
Yes well served sumptuous whichdeserves five star rating.
But which of the milks would be better? one has wide choice across milk spectrum.
It could be fresh milk direct from farm. We have powder sparky dried. Also condensed milk. And then low fat high fat milk. Skimmed milk
In ships on long voyage it is neither cow’s or buffalo’s. Highest fat/protein content milk in Yak breed in Himalayan regions. I am reminded of excellent cheese made of yak milk in Bhutan.
