Is there any specific millet variety is used and in what way it's consumed. Can u please let me know the info will need very helpful.
My personal experience ,Raagii is best..loaded with calcium and all other nutrients...porridge (salty or sweet one) is so filling and cooling for the body especially in summer. I make Raagi roti 3 times a week (there is recipe in YouTube).I also make Raagi halwa (with jaggery) and we all love this.This gives calcium and jaggery gives iron..
Best for vegetarians like me.
