    Hi friends,
    Coming weekend(Memorial Day weekend) is first long weekend in this spring.Most of us already planned for outing or something.Some still have thinking about what to do?
    what is your plan on this long holiday weekend??

    Community pool is opening this weekend. Planning to spend hours in the pool for those 3 days just like a hippopotamus:)

    We are going to Tyler TX. 2 day weekends in small texas towns are our favorite! So much to see in all these small towns. At Tyler there is a tiger preserve, a superb zoo, a rose/botanical garden, a stately museum, a beautiful state park etc.

    But, all the kids care about are that we are going to stay in a hotel so they can jump up/down in the hotel beds!

    We went to door county, WI for Memorial day weekend. It was so much fun, being with nature, stayed in a cottage facing lake michigan, visited Washington island, hiking, cheese and wine tasting, orchards, kids had fun building castle in beach, fishing, grilling. Overall great place to camp, planning to do it once more during fall with fall colors.
