    Happy new year ladies!
My new year started with an attack of chicken pox :( Doc has said that since I'm out of the first trimester, and in the 19th week, things shouldn't be as bad for the LO and me. Keeping fingers crossed.

As such the boils esp in the head are very painful, and unable to lie down on the sides. Also isolated cos of the contagious nature of the disease, feeling very depressed thinking of the days ahead. :(

    Hi angel...

I felt my lo's first movement sum Wht around 20 weeks. I feel dats fine as I also don't feel mvmnts on sumdays. As far ur backache is concern it will happen this is due high blood circulation in lower portion of body. Use hot water bag on bck side das wat my Gyne had adviced me. Hw abt ur diet schedule n exercise. Do tell me.

    Stay happy.

Re: May 2013 mom to be

    Hi Nandhu,
Its the "Old Wive's Tale" which says if your the foetal heartbeat is higher(above 150) its a girl and if lower its a boy, not sure how true though!! :) may be experienced moms here can confirm this. this is also my first pregnancy and my baby's heartbeat is always higher. But i'll soon find out what i'm having and probably we can confirm if this is true.

Also I can feel baby's movement at times, like a butterfly kick, but somedays totally nothing!! Donno if this is something to be worried about!!! I'm on my 19th week.

    Dear friends!!
How are you all? Im in 22nd week now.. feeling baby's movements at times... wonderful feeling.. Doctor advised me to start walking daily.. Im working.. getting more tired when i reach home. but im doing all house hold works myself now a days.. i had bleeding in my first trimester.. so i was taking rest and did less work till last month.. just a week before i started doin all the work (back to form).. getting more tired. Doctor asked me to follow same medicines (Iron and Calcium). goin walk - not regularly.. but when im fresh.. it makes me brisker and energetic..also gives good sleep..

Back pain is common - my doc told. Even i have pain near ribs (right side) - this is due to gas trouble (doc told) - so nothing to worry.. Be happy..

    TC dear expecting Mommies!!
    Loving,
    Nandhu
