Marietta, housing, schools, indian community

Hi all, we are considering a move to marietta. Very confused about housing options, we are looking at pope or Lassiter high schools.
My main concern is are there any indian families in that area., if so any particular locations.,
we also thought about renting an apartment or town home close to these schools, but did not find even one. Please comment and advise. This is stressful.
