Malaria

    Malaria has become world wide problem..After one gets well one undergo state of weakness.

    As soon as I came to now I was having malaria I stared taking lemon in warm water with crushed cumin seeds(about one teaspoon of it ) and black peppar and little salt..I did not use sugar as I am diabetic.

    I took a glass of lemon juice every three hours.

    I recovered very fast. within three days.
