Corn and Peas Salad Ingredients: 1 cup sweet corn 1 cup green peas 10 spring onions 3 sp pudina leaves 1 red bell pepper (capsicum) 2 tab sp butter or fresh cream 1/2 cup 1/2 sp pepper powder salt sugar as per taste Method: cook corn in micro wave or in cooker. If you use MW means cook for a min. Or if you are using cooker means put corns in a cup and cook in steam for 5 min. Remove and keep aside. Cook green peas also. Chop spring onions and keep aside. Chop red capsicum and keep aside. Chop pudina leaves and keep aside. In a big bowl first put cooked corn and then peas and mix well. Add chopped spring onions and pudina leaves and mix well. Put black pepper powder and mix well. Add salt, butter and mix well. Add sugar and mix again and serve. This is very healthy salad. Note: If you want you can add lemon juice in this. or YOu can add chopped tomato in this.
