Low Carb,High Protein No Sugar Diet.. Suggestions Needed... PLz Help

    Hi All Lovely People,
    I need Suggestion On Low Carb,High Protein, No sugar diet... As in in weight loss period for past 6 months i was consulting a dietitian and lost around 10Kgs.. Now i want to loose even more 17Kgs .. My dietitian suggested this diet to reduce my weight and tone my body.. I dont know anything about this diet.. Please Help..

    Eat very less carbs, less rice, chapati. High protein, lots of chicken, eggs, cheese. No sugar, no sweets, etc. It's doable with commitment. Search for receipes online. Exercise 30 mins a day. Best is 20 push-ups a day and you will reach target in no time. All the best.

    Thanks Very much for your reply.. I have a dietitian who can give me diet chart and exercise also.. she told 3 months duration , 15kgs she will reduce and tone my body.

    If you really want to lose weight in a healthy way. You must try max protein weight management bars. They are really effective. I nearly lost 10 kg in 3 months.

    Eat quinoa, more frukts, drink more water, and preferably protein-packed food such as lentils, eggs, chicken, tuna and fish to mention.

    Cutting all sugar will come back to haunt you.

    I would suggest you to do heated yoga as a good way to expulse toxins to trim down while you build up muscle mass.

    Google 'Paleo diet' or join Pinterest and search the same on it. You will get tons of ideas. Speaking from experience. Please dont go for readymade food items. Keep it real. Cook from scratch at home. And very important, dont fall for gimmicks like store bought snacks, bars, food. They are all loaded either in sugar, artificial sugar or worse, chemicals. So home cooked food and snacks is your best bet to lose any weight.

    Hi,
    Paleo diet is a LCHF diet. You can refer "Arokyam and Nalvazhvu" group in facebook which is totally about paleo diet. Also you can refer "munnorunavu.blogspot.com" for recipes.
