Lemon and Corainder Soup Ingredients: 2 table spoons lemon juice 2 tea spoons oil 1 inch ginger piece ( chop well) 10 - 12 small onions or 1 big onion 2-4 garlic 2 tea spoon gram flour 1 carrot cut finely 2 table spoon finely chopped cabbage 4 cups vegetable stock Method: Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic. Sim the stove and put gram flour and roast it till you will get a good aroma from that. add vegetable stock, corinder leaves, cabbage and carrot. Mix well and let it boil for a while. Then remove it from the fire and add salt. Then add lemon juice and serve hot. Note: if you want you can add crushed black pepper in the soup.

Hi Krishnamma, i have thyroid problem. So stopped eating brocolli, cabbage and spinach. Can I have the cabbage soup. does anyone in the thread has thyroid and still having this soup. i really want to try the cabbage soup, so plz advice.
