"Sometimes love is for a moment, sometimes love is for a lifetime.
Sometimes a moment is a lifetime."

Once upon a time there was an island ,

where all the feelings lived .

One day there was a storm in the sea

and the island was about to get drowned.

Every feeling was scared but Love made a boat to escape.

    Every feeling boarded the boat.

    Only 1 feeling was left.

Love got down to see who it was..

    It was EGO….

    Love tried and tried

but ego wasn't moving also the water was rising.

Every one asked love to leave him and come in the boat, but love was
    made to love.

At last all the feelings escape and Love dies with ego on the island..

Love Dies because of EGO .

So, Kill Ego And Save Love.

Different perceptions with lot's of meanings seen from Maha's posts.

It is also possible to dissolve our ego by burning it with our God's divine love.

The only Divine way to dissolve an ego is to love it until nothing but Love is left

Our present personality is our ego
if our present personality is but loving
    - it has become Divine - made to the image of God

Our present personality is our ego if our present personality is but loving - it has become Divine

    Good message....
It is very much true that LOVE dies because of EGO...
and sometimes EGO dies because of LOVE too... (if LOVE is very strong)

Thank you dear Veda for the kind gestures and encouragements.

Some more introspections on the same :

Compassion, wholeness, self-esteem, gratitude, spirit of surrender and service and the ego. Handling the ego is one of the critical dimensions of enhancing Spiritual Quotant.

Ego issues, if not handled with care, can create problems in our personal, social and professional lives.

Hence for better relationships, it is very important to understand and handle the ego - both of ‘self' and others.

One of the key aspects of handling the ego is to analyse the way in which our thoughts are organised because our ego is embedded deep into our thought process.

For examples : our great saints advices

Shri Ramana Maharishi advised that one should contemplate primarily on the inner core rather than on the secondary and tertiary layer; for once we concentrate on the core thoughts, we will naturally look at the events of life more objectively.
Once we are objective and deal with issues with all gentleness, care and with a satvik approach, all our transactions become free from the ego.

J Krishnamurthy calls this state of mind as one of "All Conclusive Awareness". Staying in this state softens our ego.
To handle the ego, one has to therefore promote objectivity, for, with objectivity comes truth.
This in turn dilutes the ego.
Once our actions originate from the depth of our heart representing the primary layer, the path for ego-free relationships will be paved.

Ego is the one which is emotional & compulsion to see, feel the superiority from the other. Too much accommadations to ego leads us to misery...

The only anti dote to Ego is Love....
