Hi ILs, I have a very loose tummy after my delivery (8 yrs ago)..I have been doing AB exercises which firmed up my tummy. But I’ve noticed that if I stop the exercise say for 1-2 weeks .the tummy again comes out.:rant My weight is below normal and I guess this tummy due to loose uterus after pregnancy(Now it is kind of very loose skin without much fat below). I had also tried abdominal belt couple of years ago and that gave good results .. But I discontinued using it as I was afraid that it might cause problems as the tummy is tied and constricted for long hours.. Is there any side effects of wrapping the tummy for few hours or night every day..Does it help to firm up .. I heard that ancient Kerala women used to do it .. Pls share your views and experices.. Try doing abs free exercise at home. Lie down and try to touch your head onto your knees. In this way your tummy will be in.
