Looking for weight loss TIPS

    HI,

    I am trying hard to loose weight..

    Do you have nay tips which would be useful...

    I was doing yoga and GYM 5 times a week.. but now due to my work pressure unable to make it..

    Even tough i was excercising & dieting regularly, there was no much difference in weight.Recently figured out that i have Thyroid issue.. and have started the medication 2 weeks before..

    Any tips on this is much appreciated..

    No need to do nay hard work for it just drink lots of water and have jogging in the morning...

    Hi Manju

    You can surely lose weight by eating the right foods at the right time and ones which will take care of your thyroid problem. I have clients who have lost weight with busy schedules bc keeping fit is 80% diet and 20% workout.

    What is ur daily diet look like?
