I am not familiar about Sinhagad, but I think you should check out Pune times "Events' section on page 2. They do give us details of drawing/painting workshops (yes, even for traditional paintings), may be they mention something about Sinhagad. And if you have Pune Mirror coming in with your paper, I personally they give more details about the arts a nd crafts courses! Sorry, if that was of no help.
