Hi Hyd ladies,

We are looking for buying a flat at Hyderabad. We are looking for some good localities and preferably in and around hi-tech city. Can you'll pls suggest to me the best place to look for and rates what i can expect.Looking for a 3 bedroom flat.
Also, some preferred builders.

Hi Viv,
Since we looked at some properties recently I can give you the cost estimate for a 3 bedroom apartment. For 80L to low 1 + C you can get a reasonably good apartment near shilparamam. For the builders there are dime a dozen. just visit CLASSIFIEDS

We have recently bought a flat in Kndapur very close to the novatel hotel it is under construction and its a deluxe 3 BR flat. we are paying around 70lacs and this is our 2nd investment ..the prices are really booming up...

thanx for ur reply, iam looking in miayapur location.v r not looking for very huge amt,30-40lac only,as this is our 2nd investment,
also who is ur builder??? v want some preferred builder,as sunkan advised her worst experience with builders in bangalore:evil:,so i don't want to get cheated by builders..so ladies pls give me some good builders name.

I REALLY DONNO MUCH ABT MIYAPUR LOCATION.........OUR BUILDER IS ALEKHYA HOMES, OUR PREVIOUS FLAT ALSO WE BOUGHT FROM THEM ONLY.............

the best place is whitefields and preferably the sft would cost u around 3600 and plus the extras.....say another 4 lakhs...
