    Dear Hyderabad ladies,
    please help me out,v r looking for a flat to buy in Nizampet. i heard that severe water probs in that area. just beside the lake. please if anyone knew abt the place kindly give info abt that. the builder name is N.S builders,he said the area is not having any water probs. eagerly waiting for ur replies.

    we own a flat in that area. we never had any complaint from tenants regarding this. our flat is in Bhavya apartments.
